Habitat Omaha Homes

New Home Construction and Existing House Renovation
Habitat Omaha builds new homes and renovates existing houses that have fallen in to disrepair. The average new construction Habitat Omaha house is 1,300 square feet and has three or five bedrooms depending on the size of the home buying family.

Habitat Omaha Home Basics
Typically, Habitat Omaha homes have a living room, kitchen and one or two bathrooms in addition to the bedrooms. The basement is usually left unfinished in new construction three-bedroom homes. In new construction five-bedroom homes the basement is partially finished to accommodate the two additional bedrooms and one additional bathroom. All of our homes have maintenance-free siding, a concrete parking pad or garage, and a yard so that kids can play.
